Concerns
Acne
Acne occurs when the oil produced by sebaceous glands does not reach the surface of the skin but is trapped in tiny pores or follicles. This plug may close off the pore, causing blackheads and whiteheads. When the bacteria and pus leak from the follicle into the surrounding tissue, pimples are formed. The most common treatments are microdermabrasions with extractions. If cystic acne is present or acne scarring has occurred a more aggressive treatment may be needed like a series of blue light therapy treatments, chemical peels, laser treatments or even the use of dermal fillers to fill in the scarring which can?t be erased. Many medical grade products and procedures are available to help resolve the problems of acne.
Prevention of Aging Skin
Aging skin is inevitable. But there are many things we can do to help prolong and intersect the process. Products containing antioxidants, peptides, nutrients containing human growth factors and broad spectrum UVA and UVB Sunscreen are just a few which have been successfully linked to anti-aging products. Also the use of lasers, non-surgical lifts, chemical peels and monthly regimen of microdermabrasions help in the continuous stimulation of new collagen growth and elastin.

Most brown spots, sometimes referred to as age spots, sun spots, uneven skin tones or freckles, can be reduced or removed by the use of laser therapy, microdermabrasions and even chemical peels. This helps to exfoliate the top layers of dead skin and rejuvenate the epidermis giving it the ability to absorb those great moisturizing products you are using.

Unwanted Hair
Laser Hair Removal works by sending a beam of laser light to the hair follicles with enough power to disable or destroy the root, but not enough power to harm the skin. Laser only destroys hair in its active growth phase called the anagen phase. This phase lasts several years, and up to 85% of our hair is in that phase at any given time. Laser hair removal can be performed on almost any area of the body for men and women-from small areas such as your upper lip, underarms, bikini area, chin, neck, and face, to larger areas such as arms, chest, back, and legs.
